#1 Marty Scurll (Raw or SmackDown)
Marty Scurll is arguably one of the most underrated performers on the independent scene, which is unfortunate considering he began wrestling in 2005. Moreover, he has performed with a plethora of promotions. Notably, ROH, NJPW, Impact Wrestling, and Progress Wrestling. Presently, only WWE has eluded him.
In 2016 Scurll made an intense impact. He would first defeat Will Ospreay to become ROH Television Champion. Then, in 2017, Scurll would progress to join Bullet Club, replacing Adam Cole. Since then Scurll has garnered success inside and outside the ring. He would capture IWGP Junior Heavyweight championships. Alongside Kenny Omega, Cody, and The Young Bucks he helped develop the successful YouTube channel Being The Elite (watch the video below).
Whether working with Chris Jericho at the recent Rock N Rager cruise, or alongside his Elite stablemates, Scurll has become a future wrestling legend. However, now is the time for the next platform.
With recent speculation of The Elite joining WWE, it could mean great things for Scurll. Notwithstanding it requires WWE signing every member. Nevertheless, Scurll would be fantastic in WWE.
Just imagine - Scurll versus Pete Dunne on NXT UK, or versus Seth Rollins on Raw. The only issue could be Scurll's recent Survival of the Fittest victory. It could prevent him leaving ROH, due to world championship prospects.
