He's been performing at the highest level for a long time now and even after his return in 2018, he has only continued to grow as a performer. It's a testament to how unique a performer Daniel Bryan is and just how ahead he is in terms of overall ability.

He was once the most beloved Superstar on the entire roster and his heel turn in 2018 saw him turn into the most hated character in the company. It's fair to assume that he was largely responsible for Kofi Kingston gaining momentum in 2019 as well.
