#2 Revitalize the Tag Team Division
Last week on SmackDown, SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan and Rowan made it to the ring for a questionable interview. They insulted the entire tag team division of the brand and spoke about how no one was worthy of challenging them.
Later in the segment, Heavy Machinery made their way out to the middle to challenge the champions who conveniently left the ring.
It’s possible that WWE wanted to expose the weakness of the division to make it seem better in the coming week. They can do so by returning the Authors of Pain on the blue brand this week and surprising everyone.
The duo previously battled on Raw and won the Tag Team Championships before losing them and Akam suffered an injury. Rezar continued to battle in a few singles matches on Main Event, keeping the team in everyone’s minds.
There are reports that the duo are now fit to return to television soon, and they could make an appearance on SmackDown this week wrecking Heavy Machinery and issuing a challenge to Bryan and Rowan.
