#1 The Fiend will make his presence felt in the Universal Championship Match

Will "The Fiend" make his presence felt?

WWE has booked their way into a corner with the Universal Championship match this Sunday between Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman, but there is a way to get out of that corner. All they have to do is “Let Him In”.

The main issue with the Rollins vs Strowman match is that neither one can afford to lose at this point. Rollins just won the Universal title at SummerSlam from Brock Lesnar in a great match. On the other hand, Strowman has finally been booked strong again after a stretch of poor booking. So, a clean loss for either one would do more harm than good. That is where “The Fiend” comes in.

The Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, the location for next month’s Hell in a Cell PPV, tweeted that “The Fiend” would be challenging the winner of the Rollins vs Strowman match for the Universal Championship at the event. Whether this is true or just a red herring remains to be seen, but it does give WWE an out to this Sunday’s match.

Rollins and Strowman could both be in the middle of the ring, and all of a sudden, the lights slowly go out and eventually you see Bray Wyatt in the ring and he takes them both out, leading to a no-contest. In this scenario, Rollins and Strowman both look strong and The Fiend is inserted into the title picture, which leads to a couple of scenarios at Hell in a Cell in October.
