3 Things WWE could be planning on RAW this week (December 2, 2019)

The first December episode of RAW will take place at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. With just a couple of weeks left for TLC which is the next pay-per-view of WWE, the storylines are expected to progress more on RAW this week.

Last week, Seth Rollins blamed the entire locker room of RAW, for the ignominious performance of the Red Brand at Survivor Series. Being the leader of RAW, it certainly wasn't a pleasant gesture from Rollins, and this week, he is expected to apologize to the RAW locker room for his outrage last week.

Also, post an early elimination at Survivor Series, Charlotte Flair lost to Asuka on RAW last week and the rivalry is set to continue as The Queen will take on both members of The Kabuki Warriors in a Handicap match this week.

Moreover, the spotlight will be on Rey Mysterio, who clinched the US Championship on the previous episode, and could make his first appearance as the Champion on this week's show.

Let's talk about three things WWE could be planning on RAW this week.

#3 Buddy Murphy challenges Aleister Black for a match at TLC

Both Buddy Murphy and Aleister Black haven't been used much since debuting on the main roster. While both were part of SmackDown earlier, they switched brands in the last draft, arriving on the Red Brand.

The two Superstars could finally have a proper feud, and a strong hint was dropped on RAW last week. Answering Murphy's challenge to pick a fight, Black showed up and attacked the former Cruiserweight Champion in the squared circle.

Having planted the seeds for a match, Murphy could ask Black for a clash at TLC. To make things more interesting, the bout could have an added stipulation, considering the dynamics involved at TLC.

A coruscating match could be on the cards if Black accepts the challenge from Murphy on RAW. Both Murphy and Black are incredible performers, and they are competent enough to put on a good show inside the squared circle.

#2 Becky Lynch helps Charlotte Flair to win the Handicap match

A big match is set for RAW this week in which the Kabuki Warriors will take on Charlotte Flair in a 2-on-1 Handicap match. Asuka betrayed Team RAW on Survivor Series, spitting green mist on her team captain. Setting up a singles match on the following night, Asuka picked up her first singles victory over The Queen.

The 10-time Women's Champion will be looking for retribution this week, but she will have an insurmountable task of defeating Asuka and her tag team partner, Kairi Sane. A top name from the women's division, Charlotte will lose her momentum if she suffers another loss on RAW.

However, while Asuka has a trusted partner in Kairi Sane, Charlotte also formed an alliance in the past few weeks, teaming up with her old rival, Becky Lynch.

As a matter of fact, Lynch and Charlotte challenged the Kabuki Warriors for the Women's Tag Team Titles two weeks ago, failing to win the bout. Although Lynch skipped RAW last week, she could show up this week, assisting Charlotte Flair in the Handicap match against The Kabuki Warriors.

#1 Seth Rollins doesn't apologize and attacks Kevin Owens

A whole lot of fans have been vocal about a major change in Seth Rollins' character, following his disappointing run in the past few months. Despite being a babyface, fans have been jeering the Beastslayer in the arena and on social media. Although Rollins is a brilliant performer inside the ring, he hasn't received a positive response from the crowd in the last few weeks.

Rollins showed signs of heel turn last week when he opened the show. by euphemistically mocking a couple of Superstars, forcing them to leave the ringside. Kevin Owens was the last man to confront Rollins in the ring and the latter received a Stunner from Owens.

Given the fact that Rollins and Owens faced off in the main event on RAW last week, it is certain that the duo is set to begin a new rivalry. Yet, all the focus will on Rollins for this week's episode as he is set to issue an apology for his actions and words last week.

With the indication of a heel turn, Rollins might refuse to apologize to the RAW roster, and also complete his heel turn by attacking Kevin Owens later on in the show. Given that the Authors Of Pain also sabotaged Owens last week, they could join hands with Rollins to form an exciting new stable.
