#1. Crown him Intercontinental Champion
In the previous slide, I mentioned that Roman Reigns should stay away from the Universal Championship picture at the moment. However, he should compete for the Intercontinental Championship. Since his return, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to state that WWE has booked him to perfection. This new version of Reigns is beloved by fans, which is heartwarming to see since he was so despised only a few short years ago.
At last month's Crown Jewel PPV, Reigns won the match for team Hogan when he pinned Randy Orton. Subsequently, he is scheduled to face Baron Corbin on this week's edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Whether the two have an extended feud remains to be seen, but Reigns should be put in a feud against Shinsuke Nakamura soon.
They faced each other two weeks ago, and fans were completely behind Reigns, but the match ended in a DQ. If that was a test by WWE to see how the people react to Reigns in a title match, then it's safe to say 'The Big Dog' passed with flying colors.
WWE should book Reigns to win the Intercontinental Championship, as such a move would only enhance the mid-card and bring more prestige back to the title.
