#3 Matches demeaning to women (should remain banned)

The 2000s was a decade that the female Superstars in WWE would certainly want to forget. This was a time when women's wrestling wasn't given as much importance as it's being given today. Sure, Superstars like Lita, Molly Holly, Victoria, and Trish Stratus were doing everything in their power to change the situation, but it would take a long time for that to happen. Back then, women didn't get much screen time, and the matches usually ended in a matter of seconds.
WWE Divas like Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, and Candice Michelle were regularly being used as eye candy, and some of the gimmick matches these women had were demeaning. It all changed when Paige, AJ Lee, and a few others proved that they were capable of having excellent matches in the squared circle. The arrival of Charlotte Fair, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks on WWE RAW in 2015 was the icing on the cake, and the Women's division would never be the same again.

Over the next few years, WWE steadily built the Women's division and made it matter to the WWE Universe. All of this work led to three women headlining a WrestleMania for the first time in history, last year. It goes without saying that all of those gimmick matches from the 2000s should remain buried in the past. As women have shown countless times in the past five years or so, they are capable of producing great wrestling bouts on a regular basis.
