Aleister Black, one of the 'breakout stars of the year', has made a great impact since making his main roster debut earlier this year. In spite of having a stupendous year, Black didn't get the push as a top star, and it wouldn't be wrong to call him an underutilized talent. With that in mind, the fans will be hoping to see him at the top of the ladder this year.

Making his debut as a singles competitor, the Dutch Destroyer has had just two proper feuds. After delivering promos from his darkroom for weeks, he squared off against Cesaro and dominated the latter in all of their encounters. Black moved RAW a couple of months ago and recently commenced a feud with Buddy Murphy, which has become one of the exciting feuds of the Red Brand because of their in-ring chemistry with one another.

Besides his dexterity in the squared circle, Black is extremely good on the mic. In fact, his intense promos from the darkroom are prime examples of the talent he possesses on the mic. Moreover, Black has a dark persona which is well-liked by the WWE Universe. If WWE utilizes Black to his full potential this year, he could become a top guy of the company, and he is certainly a deserving name to win a world title.
