Before leaving WWE in 2006, Kurt Angle was always main event material. During his tenure, he earned multiple world championships. This success followed when Angle performed for TNA (now Impact Wrestling). Therefore, it is not inconceivable he receive another championship opportunity.

His interactions prove to be positive for his future. McIntyre is highly regarded and could be WWE's future lead figure. However, only time will tell.
