#2 Sheamus

Current SmackDown Live Tag team champion

Sheamus will probably go down as one of the most underrated performers in WWE history. He has been consistent and dependable for years now but he is quite clearly in the twilight of his career as injuries have taken their toll on the Celtic Warrior.

Sheamus has spinal stenosis the same injury that caused Edge to retire from in-ring competition. He's been put into a tag team with Cesaro to protect him. So, 2018 may be his last complete year as an active competitor as Sheamus may retire from entering the competition in 2019 for the sake of his health.

#1 Jeff Hardy

The Charismatic Enigma
The Charismatic Enigma

Jeff Hardy's brother Matt has already understood to have signed a producers contract with WWE. So, it should not be too long before the charismatic enigma hangs up his boots.

Hardy is already 41 years of age and years of a high-risk wrestling style has clearly taken a toll on his body as he is no where as quick between the ropes as he used to be. He is a Grand Slam champion so he is literally nothing left to prove to anyone.

We would cherish his performances now because chances are pretty high that he will be stepping away from in-ring competition in 2019.
