This one is less of a long shot than it seems as Vince McMahon has always been a big fan of Del Rio. The Mexican still holds a good relationship with the WWE boss and the two were recently seen speaking at the WWE Headquarters.

Del Rio seemed to have burned bridges with the WWE during his relationship with Paige, as a number of videos emerged of him launching verbal insults towards Triple H. The 41 year old has since apologised and expressed his desire to have one last run in the WWE. Del Rio could make his shock return by interfering in one of the matches, as this would allow the former Impact wrestler to begin an immediate feud. Let's just hope that we see Del Rio as a heel rather than his bland good guy persona.
