#2. Will never - Baron Corbin
Baron Corbin was a superstar who everybody poised to be a future World Champion. He never really had the charisma of a top WWE superstar, but he certainly has the look. He too, was all set to become World Champion in 2017 when he won the Money in the Bank briefcase.
Unfortunately for Corbin, he failed his cash-in on Jinder Mahal and was the victim of constant start-stop pushes. While he has been heavily featured in WWE programming all throughout his tenure and picked up major victories like Kurt Angle at WrestleMania, Corbin will be used as a heat magnet throughout his career.
He's bound to win some major accolade at some point, but he'll likely be kept in the position of a superstar who is always close to becoming World Champion but ends up falling short. Fans certainly don't want to see Corbin as Universal Champion anytime soon.
