The road to WWE WrestleMania 32 saw Brock Lesnar getting into a feud with Dean Ambrose. Fans couldn't wait for the eventual match, with the most dangerous entity in all of WWE set to take on The Lunatic Fringe at The Grandest Stage Of Them All. The match was incredibly disappointing though, and Ambrose didn't get much offense. It ended in a hurry and left a lot to be desired. A while later, Ambrose talked about how Lesnar was disinterested in the match from the get-go.

“I think he truly thought he was just doing me a favor. [Lesnar thought] me being in the ring with him was enough to do awesome things for me. I think that’s what he thought. He didn’t want to be there.”

Ambrose added that Lesnar did agree to a pepper spray spot for the match, but he gave the nod on the day of the match and there wasn't much time to work on it. Moxley would leave WWE three years later, and sign with All Elite Wrestling. He is the promotion's current World Champion and seems to be having a great time in AEW.
