3 WWE Superstars who continued a match whilst injured and 2 who quit

#2 Gave up: Sin Cara

Sin Cara was one of the company's most exciting stars for a number of years, but he was a star that many fans believed was botch prone. In his later years in WWE, Sin Cara also became injury prone and managed to get on the wrong side of Alberto Del Rio when he refused to continue their match with a dislocated finger.

Del Rio had kicked the steel steps into his hand on the outside and this caused the injury, but The Mexican star then looked to call off the match because of the injury.

Del Rio was furious and threw the masked star into the ring and kicked him before the official called the match off. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer later revealed that Sin Cara gained a lot of heat from WWE stars backstage because of this.

"(Del Rio) was really mad. There was super, super heat. I cannot express how much heat there is on Sin Cara because of the feeling that (with) dislocated fingers you don't quit... Just so much heat backstage because of that being the injury and for the way he just quit on the match, which he did."

Many WWE stars have dislocated their fingers in the past and continued the match, which is why some were angry with Sin Cara.
