At the event, Reigns and Cena finally collided in a match for the ages. In the end, The Big Dog defeated John Cena and bagged a huge victory. Cena would become a part-time star following the PPV. He lost two more matches to Reigns at an MSG house show and a WWE live event, thus making it 3-0 in Reigns' favor. The first match took place around three months after Reigns' big win over Cena.
The second match took place on the road to WrestleMania 34, with Reigns winning, in what was WWE's attempt to present him as a strong contender against Brock Lesnar at The Show of Shows.
