The Usos defeated three other tag teams at WrestleMania 35 to retain the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. However, things didn’t go great for the Samoan brothers when they defended their titles on SmackDown against The Hardy Boyz.

Rather than retaining their titles, The Uso brothers lost it to Matt and Jeff Hardy. The fans were surprised seeing this, but they knew that The Hardys would rock as champions. But later, it was reported that Jeff could have suffered a knee injury in a house show match against The Usos.

The Hardy Boyz addressed the rumors on the blue brand show where it was confirmed that Brother Nero is injured and will require surgery. Moments later, he got interrupted by Lars Sullivan who only had one goal to destroy The Hardys. Then, the Charismatic Enigma revealed he will take around 6-9 months to recover fully.
