Just like his best friend Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn has received lackluster booking at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. I mean who can forget the cringeworthy rivalry between Sami Zayn and Bobby Lashley! (I still see those Lashley sisters in my nightmares)

Well, though Sami dominated that feud, he lost his pay-per-view match against Bobby Lashley last year. In the preceding shows of the event, The Underdog from the Underground had lost both the Money in the Bank ladder matches he had taken part in.

This shows that WWE does not give Sami the right amount of momentum at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. Looking at the manner in which WWE has booked him so far, it seems like he may feature in the Money in the Bank ladder match of 2019 or may even have a singles match with newbie Cedric Alexander. Either way, the chances of Zayn emerging victorious are minimal.
