Robert Roode got suspended the same day WWE suspended Primo Colon for missing his drug test. As always, the company didn’t reveal complete details about the suspension rather than putting a formal note on its website.
Roode has been paired with King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler for quite some time now and Roman Reigns was their primary target until The Usos made their return.
The former US Champion returned to the ring last month during the build-up to the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. He seemed very happy after returning and why wouldn’t he be? After all, ever since WWE aligned him with Corbin and Ziggler, the Canadian Superstar has been getting a lot of television exposure.
Last week, Reigns and The Usos defeated Roode, Corbin, and Ziggler in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. As a result, Corbin ate dog food in front of the WWE Universe. It seems like this rivalry is over now, and it’ll be interesting to see what the future holds for Roode. Will WWE disband this faction?
