Last year's Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner will indeed be back this year for WrestleMania. He had teamed with Bray Wyatt before they both left on a hiatus. While he was believed to have retired, Matt Hardy confirmed later in the year that he was just sidelined to heal up from an injury.

He's reunited with Jeff Hardy for the first time in nearly two years, and they're rumoured to be taking on The Usos at WrestleMania.

#1. Will miss - Sami Zayn

This is a rather sad one considering that Sami Zayn has reportedly been cleared to wrestle already. He has been training for recovery for a while now and is more than likely ready to go. However, it seems like he's another example of a superstar being held back until post-WrestleMania programming. That's just how packed the top matches on the WrestleMania card are.
