#2. Shouldn't have won a WWE Championship: Jillian Hall

Many WWE fans are shocked to find out that former WWE star Jillian Hall actually won a Championship. Throughout her time in WWE she was seen as a manager for JBL and then later was given a singing gimmick that could only have been inspired by reality TV programs like The X-Factor.
Jillian frequently found herself in in-ring competition, and back in 2009 Hall was able to lift the Divas Championship on one occasion when she pinned Mickie James. This decision was seemingly a shock since Hall went on to lose the title mere moments later to Melina.
The match should have been much shorter but Jillian managed to botch Melina's Split DDT so the former Champion was forced to hit her Curtain Call finish instead.
While this prompted a feud between the two women that was actually quite entertaining, it led to the belief that perhaps Jillian wasn't supposed to win the title. If she was, why did WWE allow the star to only hold the title for around a minute before losing it and not being able to win it again?
