Rusev, like several other Superstars in the WWE, has been underused in spite of getting over with the fans organically with his Rusev Day gimmick.
The Bulgarian Brute was once touted to be the next big thing in the WWE but his supposed push hasn't come.
A match with The Undertaker will be a continuation of their storyline from the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia, where the two faced off in a casket match.
The Undertaker won that match and Rusev could ask for retribution and a rematch, which would most certainly be interesting. Although Rusev is on SmackDown, Undertaker wasn't part of the Superstar Shake-Up and could be a free agent like John Cena.
