Considering that FOX have already expressed their intention of witness a more 'sports oriented style' on the blue brand, having a huge name like Batista would benefit WWE.

Since The Animal has had a reputation of being one of the biggest superstars that helped in establishing SmackDown, his inclusion could play a pivotal role in garnering more eyes towards the product.

Furthermore, pushing him as the biggest heel on the blue brand would only help him get into more creatively interesting feuds with the likes of A.J. Styles, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, Kofi Kingston, and Samoa Joe.

There's no denying that a menacing heel like Batista could help propel a younger superstar on the main roster like Mustafa Ali or Andrade 'Cien' Almas.
