The crowd went nuts when Sami Zayn was shown making his way to the ring from backstage and then even more nuts when the previously injured Superstar made his way to the ring and reintroduced himself.

They went even crazier than that when Finn Balor answered Zayn's open call for a match and then the match was turned into an Intercontinental Title match. Balor and Zayn put on a fantastic match for the post-WrestleMania Raw crowd but Balor eventually retained his title.

What the crowd didn't like, and almost certainly weren't nuts for, was Zayn's post-match promo saying that the WWE Universe was toxic and that it was his job week-in and week-out to hold the crowd to account for their actions.
Zayn even told the crowd he would see them in hell as he made his way out of Monday Night Raw a heel when he entered as a face.
