Jay Lethal has been synonymous with ROH since 2003. However, he has had multiple tenures since then. Nevertheless, the current ROH World champion has had a fantastic year. He has competed with the very best in the industry. On October 27 he faces off with BJ Whitmer in the Sea of Honor tournament.
Lethal has won multiple championships throughout his career. Moreover, he is perhaps one of the greatest performers in ROH history.
Names like; Tyler Black (Seth Rollins), Adam Cole, and Daniel Bryan have progressed successfully to WWE. However, Lethal has yet transitioned. Notwithstanding, his actions have supported the independent wrestling scene (see video below).
His match at the Sea of Honor tournament could perhaps be his farewell to ROH. With his age, time is running out. Nevertheless, Lethal's performance in the tournament will be entertaining. What could happen, could Lethal's championship be up for grabs?
