#1 Seth Rollins Vs Brock Lesnar

Seth Rollins and Brock Lesnar stole the show in the main event - as main events should!

It's not often an actual main event match is the standout match of the evening, especially when one of the competitors in the main event is Brock Lesnar. But by the time SummerSlam had finished everyone was in no doubt that Rollins and Lesnar stole the show.

In fact, this was the match that finally turned people around on Lesnar's recent WWE run, people have been against him being champion because he is 'part-time' and 'can't/won't wrestle' and only does 'two moves'. But here Lesnar proved, as he did against Bryan, Balor, and Styles it's worth adding, that he is a world-class wrestler.

And as for Rollins, he was getting booed earlier on in the show and had the crowd chanting 'burn it down' by the end of the match. He truly cemented himself at the top of Raw with what must be considered an upset win. But the cherry on top is that not only did he pin Brock Lesnar clean, but he did so whilst 'injured'.

There was early drama with Rollins hitting an early Stomp, there was a ridiculous high-spot with Rollins launching himself from a ring-post onto the announcers' table. There was Lesnar ripping Rollins' tape off by swinging him around like a rag-doll. The match had everything!
