The Beast is scheduled to defend the Universal Championship against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2019. However, Rollins getting a hold of the championship seems a very distant possibility.

I mean, as I have said it before, WWE crowning Brock Lesnar as the new Universal Champion just to lose it at the following pay-per-view would not make any sense. Trust WWE to have The Beast put over a younger talent in his current stint before dropping the title.

Well, one such name could be Drew McIntyre. Yes, this lad carried the entire industry on his shoulders along with Rollins in the absence of Roman and deserves a push more than anyone else.

Also, with Heyman calling shots on the red brand, McIntyre feuding with Lesnar seems to be on the cards after SummerSlam. Furthermore, given WWE's affinity with babyface vs heels storyline, a face turn for the Scottish Psychopath does not seem far-fetched. Who knows, he could show up at SummerSlam to save Rollins from Lesnar's wrath.
