Heyman wants a money match, here is your money match.

Brock Lesnar and the Universal Title has become a hotly debated topic throughout the WWE Universe, as many believe that "the beast" has completely ruined the legitimacy of the Universal Title, Raw's main event scene and the direction of many main event superstars.

And WWE do not seem to budge as well, as Lesnar's next title defence is still undecided, and while many have wished that stars such as Finn Balor, Braun Strowman, and Seth Rollins taking the title from Lesnar, Paul Heyman's recent Facebook post suggest otherwise.

Heyman's classic work-shoot style of ripping through the entire Raw main event scene was comical, savage and ultimately the truth. Bobby Lashley for all his size is presented as a vanilla type babyface ever since he returned to the WWE; Roman Reigns has worn out his opportunities and Finn Balor taking on a mammoth of a man in Lesnar just does not seem believable.

Moreover, in Heyman's wonderfully written post he kept on repeating one term,"box office," Brock Lesnar's entire persona has transcended wrestling as the man is mainly in it for the money, and as a heel that is the definition of perfect. Lesnar feels as if there is no Superstar on the roster capable of luring him into a kayfabe fight that would make him enough money, and that cannot be argued, as the Superstars Heyman belittled are just not booked as the megastars they should be.

Then who can ensure a money match against Lesnar? Could it be The Rock, The Undertaker or Goldberg? Most of those options seem unlikely except one that was not mentioned, John Cena. Cena vs. Lesnar at SummerSlam 2014 was one of the most shocking main events in the pay-per-views history, as Lesnar beat Cena so bad that the arena was stunned in silence.

Their rematch at Night of Champions that year saw Cena bring some offence to the table but was robbed by a Money in the Bank wielding Seth Rollins. Also, the last time they met in competition was at the 2015 Royal Rumble in a triple threat match which included Rollins, but Cena once again never got the chance to take Lesnar down.

The most realistic reason for this match to happen is that Pual Heyman and Brock Lesnar want a money match, John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2018 is a money match, as both men are the highest paid wrestlers in the company, they draw people to arenas and generate interest in whichever programme they are in. Furthermore, WWE has the narrative to go along, and this could become a rematch everyone would perhaps want to witness.
