Ever since Paige took her position as the General Manager, she has been running the show on her own. While Shane is the commissioner of Smackdown Live, we don't see him interfering in Paige's decisions, and that is a very good move.
On the contrary, Kurt is constantly working under pressure by Stephanie McMahon which is adding more troubles to the smooth functioning of Raw. Paige is on her own during the show, while we have constable Baron Corbin constantly hovering over Kurt's decisions which is worsening the quality of Raw.
Please let Kurt take his own decisions and that would be a 'Best for Business' thing.
