Was this a Paul Heyman plan? Heyman was the man who came out and made this happen, Lesnar isn't someone who is used to opening cards which would have put him in quite an unfamiliar position.

Lesnar is a main eventer, he's used to having a number of hours backstage to think through his plan and then execute it as quickly as possible, but it appears that he was unable to do this because his advocate called him out early. An early opening definitely benefitted Seth Rollins and even though The Architect has no need for someone like Heyman in his ear because he's the full package, he would be a fantastic Paul Heyman guy moving forward, especially since Roman Reigns will want his rematch soon so somewhere down the line there needs to be a heel turn.
