The Shield is back. But at what cost?

#1 The RAW Creative team doesn't care about other feuds

Heading into Hell in a Cell, The Shield's feud is the only major feud on RAW

Heading into 2017 TLC, the RAW Creative team focused all of its resources on the 3 on 5 handicap match where The Shield took on the team of The Miz, The Bar, Kane, and Braun Strowman. None of the other feuds had much exposure or promotion, and merely existed on the card for the sake of it.

Fast forward a year to Hell in a Cell 2018, and the feud between The Shield and the trio of Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler is the only major feud from RAW.

The build-up to the RAW women's championship is laughable, and there are currently ZERO non-title feuds from the red brand. The Creative team of the red brand only cares about The Hounds of Justice and their storyline.
