#3 Chad Gable could win the King of the Ring crown at Clash of Champions
Chad Gable has been enjoying a roller-coaster journey since the beginning of the King of the Ring tournament. Gable had another stupendous night on SmackDown Live, where he won his semifinal match against Shane McMahon, who appointed himself as Gable's opponent in the absence of Elias owing to an injury.
Chad Gable began his King of the Ring journey against Shelton Benjamin in his first round clash. After overcoming Benjamin, Gable faced a tough competitor in the second-round as he fought hard against Andrade and managed to defeat the former NXT Champion before forcing a tap-out from McMahon in the semifinal clash.
Since Baron Corbin qualified from RAW, Gable will take on the Lone Wolf in the final. Though Corbin will be a huge obstacle, Gable has a notable momentum and he should be the favourite to win the crown. There is no doubt that Gable is extremely talented, and the King of the Ring victory could alter the course of his career.
