Brock Lesnar has to go down as a pro wrestling legend. He's one of the greatest athletes to have step foot into a WWE ring and is one of the few pro wrestlers who transitioned successfully to WWE.

Over the years, one thing we all know about Brock is that he is his own man and can be moody once in a while. There have been times where Brock Lesnar has lost his cool backstage or in front of the camera. In this article, we take a look at 4 such occasions.

#4 WrestleMania 19 after shooting star

We all remember the incredible main event of WrestleMania 19 where Brock Lesnar challenged WWE Champion Kurt Angle. The two men put on an incredible match but it was the finish that saw the match become even more infamous and is now implanted in WrestleMania history.

Brock Lesnar uncharacteristically headed to the top rope and went for a Shooting Star Press. However, Lesnar was short and nearly spiked himself before pinning Kurt Angle to win the match.

This video shows what happened after the match and you can hear Brock Lesnar narrate the situation himself. After the match, a hurt and concussed Brock Lesnar was taken backstage. As the WWE doctors checked on Lesnar, people crowded around them and this led Lesnar to lose his cool and you can't blame him at all. As we can see, as Lesnar got frustrated and got up after an outburst, Gerald Brisco managed to calm 'The Beast' down.

Kurt Angle later spoke about what it was like in the ring with Lesnar right after his Shooting Star:

"I was concerned about him because he wasn’t responding. When I covered him, he did kick out. I did tell him to kick out, and he kicked out. I remember asking him, ‘Can you give me an F-5?’ He didn’t respond. I was getting really worried. I started picking him up. I said, ‘Could you F-5 me?’ He said, ‘I think so,’ and he did."

#3 Backstage showdown with Chris Jericho at SummerSlam

This one was backstage at SummerSlam in 2016. Brock Lesnar had just faced Randy Orton and if you remember this, Lesnar unloaded on Orton with stiff right hands and busted him up. A lot of people, even some WWE stars backstage, did not understand if this was supposed to happen or not.

According to reports, Chris Jericho was one of the Superstars backstage who was enraged as Jericho thought that Lesnar was taking liberties with his opponent. When Brock Lesnar got backstage, an angry Jericho confronted him and asked for an explanation. Things got heated and they almost came to blows.

Randy Orton described what led to it in an interview:

“Basically, what happened is Jericho saw what was going on in the ring and wanted answers as to whether my best interests were in mind as far as my health and safety."

#2 When he legitimately punched Braun Strowman

Remember this one? This one was shocking because it happened live on PPV.

The main event of the 2018 Royal Rumble saw WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar defend his title in a triple threat match against Braun Strowman and Kane.

At one point in the match, as you can see in the video, Braun Strowman catches Brock Lesnar in the face with an errant knee, a clear mistake by a Superstar who has a lot less experience in the big time than Brock.

How did Brock reply? An enraged Brock caught Strowman in the face with a deliberate right hand. There's no defending this unprofessional action and we certainly hope he was reprimanded backstage. Not only did Lesnar put the rest of the match in danger, because his strike clearly stung Strowman. What if Brock had knocked Braun Strowman out?

#1 Backstage after WrestleMania 34 after his title match against Roman Reigns

Of all the incidents on this list, this one was the most recent. It took place backstage after WrestleMania 34. The main event saw Roman Reigns challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship. The shocking result saw Brock Lesnar pin a bloody and beaten Roman Reigns to retain his title.

What happened backstage is more interesting. As we can see, Lesnar was clearly unhappy about something as he went backstage. The video shows a pissed off Brock walking into Gorilla Position. As he passed where Mr. McMahon was sitting and looking at the monitor, Lesnar just chucked the WWE Universal Championship at him disrespectfully and walked away. We can see Mr. McMahon replying to Lesnar's action with an expletive.

We don't know what triggered Brock Lesnar's reaction in this situation but he certainly lost his cool.
