Paul Heyman is the new Executive Director of WWE RAW and he already gave a flying start of RAW last week. Heyman made his presence felt with an action-packed show as it was one of the best episodes in recent weeks or even months. With the appointment of Heyman, the quality of the product is expected to improve.

Paul Heyman is the onscreen manager of the current Money in the Bank holder Brock Lesnar and he is known for the sublime mic skills. There is no denying that Heyman is one of the greatest personalities in the wrestling world.

Heyman is no stranger to the backstage role in WWE. The former ECW owner played a pivotal role in the success of SmackDown Live in 2002 as he was the lead writer of the show.

Heyman generally plays a bad guy on TV and we will be hoping to see some spectacular heels on RAW. Here we discuss four such Superstars who should be top heels of Paul Heyman's Monday Night RAW.

#4 Lacey Evans

Lacey Evans
Lacey Evans

Lacey Evans made her main roster debut earlier this year and has climbed the top of the ladder in a short span of time. Though Evans made her debut at Royal Rumble, her first feud started after WrestleMania 35. The rivalry between Lacey Evans and Becky Lynch has been the talking point of RAW in the last couple of months.

The Sassy Southern Belle and The Man already faced each other at Money in the Bank and Stomping Grounds. Although the Lady failed to beat the Man, the former brought the best out of the latter. The two women will cross paths once again, this time in a Mixed Tag Team match at Extreme Rules involving Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin where Evans could become the RAW Women's Champion.

There is no denying that the Sassy Southern Belle has the charisma to become a top heel under Paul Heyman. With her sublime mic skills, she could create nuclear heat which is essential. Evans has the potential to be the ultimate heel of the women's division.

#3 Samoa Joe

Joe will face Kofi Kingston at Extreme Rules

Samoa Joe is a natural heel who could be propelled after the arrival of Paul Heyman. The former US Champion has had a stupendous year and will look to make it more memorable. While Joe already won the US Title twice this year, he is currently chasing the WWE Championship.

Since arriving on the main roster, Joe has remained a bad guy. Despite being a remarkable performer, Joe never reached his true potential. Although he was in the World Title picture before, he never won a World Title. Joe will get a golden opportunity to become the WWE Champion at Extreme Rules when he takes on Kofi Kingston.

In recent months, Joe has taken his heel persona to a whole new level. The two-time NXT Champion had an impressive feud with Rey Mysterio. More recently, he broke the winning streak of Kofi Kingston last week. Besides his dexterity in the ring, Joe is certainly one of the best talkers of WWE. Joe is the perfect bad guy and he could get a well-deserved push on Paul Heyman's RAW.

#2 Drew McIntyre

The Scottish Psychopath
The Scottish Psychopath

Drew McIntyre is not a surprising entrant in this list as he is a dominant name of the Red Brand. The Scottish Psychopath is currently the henchman of Shane McMahon and the two will battle The Undertaker and Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules. It will be interesting to see if McIntyre and Shane stand tall on Sunday.

The former NXT Champion has been unstoppable after making his main roster return last year. There is no denying that he has established himself as a top heel in the current landscape. McIntyre defeated Kurt Angle, Dolph Ziggler, Baron Corbin and two members of the Shield until he met Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.

The Scottish Psychopath has all the attributes to be the biggest bad guy of the modern era. Apart from his villainous look and stature, he has the ability to deliver brilliant promos. As a result, McIntyre manages to get nuclear heat from the WWE Universe. Heyman certainly is aware of the potential McIntyre has and the latter could become the focal point of Heyman's RAW.

#1 AJ Styles

The Phenomenal One

Along with Seth Rollins, AJ Styles is certainly the biggest full-time Superstar of RAW. The Phenomenal One will challenge Ricochet for the United State Championship at Extreme Rules. The two-time WWE Champion turned heel last week when he viciously attacked Ricochet.

The long-awaited heel turn took place on the first episode of Paul Heyman's RAW. Styles has been a babyface for a long time and he turned heel after two years. The turn could rejuvenate the character of Styles as he had an impressive heel run at the beginning of his WWE career.

Paul Heyman's onscreen client Brock Lesnar faced AJ Styles at the Survivor Series in 2017. The Phenomenal One went toe-to-toe with the Beast Carnate and Heyman was impressed by the performance of Styles. As a matter of fact, Heyman even compared Styles with the likes of Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart and Ric Flair. It is clear that Heyman is a big admirer of the Phenomenal One and is expected to be the biggest heel of RAW under the supervision of Heyman.
