#4. Elias
Elias is the new Heel on the block and he is doing a tremendous job. His style is reminiscent of the Rock's 'Rock Concerts' and he comes out each night to take the opportunity and insult the town he is present in. Insults are actually hard to find if you have to come up with new ones each week, but somehow he not only finds them, he then incorporates them into a song, and sings it live in front of an audience.
His character is perfect, as the audience hates him for insulting them and then gets to cheer the moment someone interrupts his song and comes out from backstage to confront him. Elias has not really been in a long feud so far, he has had short feuds with Cena, Strowman, and Rollins.
Most of his feuds seem to be transitory and that is one of the main reasons he is not further up the list. With a proper rivalry under his belt, Elias and his guitar could fast become the best heel in the company.
