MOX rejecting Inner Circle made things a lot more interesting
Jon Moxley's one-year run at All Elite Wrestling was absolutely terrific and it was certainly filled with great moments. Moxley, having picked-up notable wins over the course of his first year in AEW, would eventually shift his focus on Chris Jericho's AEW World Championship.

However, Jericho being the cunning champion he is, was no stranger to the threat that Mox possesses and went on record to offer his former WWE compatriot a place in The Inner Circle. In order to make sure Mox had joined The Inner Circle, 'Le Champion' decided to offer the former a Ford GT and 49% of the Inner Circle LLC.
On the first year-anniversary of AEW Dynamite, Jericho was to receive an answer from Moxley and it initially seemed like Mox had accepted the AEW World Champion's offer but as it turned out, 'The Purveyor of Violence' didn't care for any of those things and just wanted to dominate in AEW.
While representing Inner Circle colors, Moxley decided to sneak attack Jericho and his stablemates and made it clear that all he ever cared about was the AEW World Championship.
