If someone is to fight Brock Lesnar, they generally attempt to do their best to get that match canceled. That's not the case for this year's Royal Rumble match winner Seth Rollins, who chose to square off with The Beast Incarnate for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35.

Although Brock Lesnar decimated him on the road to Mania, Rollins didn't back down. He not only faced The Beast at WrestleMania but also pinned him in the middle of the ring within a few minutes. Rollins' ways to turn the match in his favor was controversial but very few WWE Superstars have defeated Brock Lesnar over the years, so it's understandable why he had to take that step.

Lesnar didn't forget the humiliation and eventually cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to win the Universal Championship back from Seth Rollins at Extreme Rules. The rematch was set for SummerSlam and this time, The Architect survived via his in-ring prowess.

Multiple German Suplexes or F5s could not defeat the spirit of Seth Rollins and he once again emerged as the victor. With the win, he became the third wrestler in WWE to possess two victories over The Beast Incarnate, alongside the Hall of Famers Kurt Angle and Goldberg.

Slaying The Beast, The King of Kings, The Monster among Men, reuniting The Shield and putting loads of incredible matches, it's safe to say that Seth Rollins enjoyed one of the best babyface runs in the promotion's history.
