Whilst we're talking about the WWE forgetting things, let's address the shiny elephant in the room. Where are the United States and Intercontinental Titles and where is United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura?

Seth Rollins, the current Intercontinental Champion and Dolph Ziggler the former Intercontinental Champion have been feuding over the title for weeks and are actually wrestling each other at Hell in a Cell 2018, but not for the Intercontinental Title, which has subsequently disappeared with Rollins not even bother to carry it around on Raw.
And Shinsuke Nakamura is the United States Champion but you'd be forgiven for forgetting this because he has yet to do literally anything as the title holder apart from sort-of get involved in the feud between Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton. But not enough to make the Hell in a Cell Match a Triple-Threat match for the title. Nope.
