Hell in a Cell 2018 is one of WWE's bigger pay-per-views yet it's currently set to have four fewer matches than Extreme Rules earlier this year, with eight matches on the card at the moment.

It's not like they couldn't have added more matches, there are ongoing storylines between Bobby Lashley and Kevin Owens, Baron Corbin and Finn Balor, Naomi & Asuka against the IIconics and The Authors of Pain against anyone smaller than them.

Heck, you could even do something completely insane like put the Cruiserweights on the pay-per-view. How nuts would that be right?
