One of the most unforgettable moments from the current era of WWE will be the sight of AJ Styles knocking Vince McMahon down on SmackDown Live. At Money in the Bank, there is a big chance that all the brawling competitors will end up in Vince McMahon's office and that is where Mr. McMahon could repay the favor with a punch of his own.
Vince McMahon gets his payback at Money in the Bank
WWE may not want AJ Styles to win the Money in the Bank contract for their long-term plans and one way of ensuring that he is protected even in defeat would be to have Vince McMahon knock him out. It would start a brand new feud between the boss and the employee where McMahon could appoint someone like Bobby Lashley to do his bidding, going forward.
The truth is that WWE's ratings are going down every week and Vince McMahon has always been a draw, so his return may just result in better ratings.
