A few weeks ago, WWE appointed Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff as the executive directors of Raw and SmackDown Live, respectively. While we have already seen the ‘Heyman effect’ on Raw, the same can’t be said for Bischoff. He still hasn’t started his job in WWE but it’s only a matter of time before he does so.

These two will get more creative freedom in WWE once Vince McMahon shifts more of his focus on the XFL and it could result in great things for the company. Heyman and Bischoff are geniuses in what they do and it could be beneficial for WWE if they let them run things the way they want without Vince McMahon’s involvement.
