#3: Cody brawled with Lance Archer in response to Jake Roberts' unsavory actions
Jake "The Snake" Roberts set the wrestling world on fire after he literally tossed a snake over Brandi Rhodes on last week's AEW Dynamite.
Some fans thought he had crossed a line in the sanitized world we live in today. But Roberts made sure his character won't adjust according to modern world rules, as the veteran continued to spout the unsavory nature of his actions at the beginning of last night's AEW episode.
Cody had enough at this point and drove his vehicle into the exterior barricade of the arena. Before we knew it, Cody and Lance Archer were brawling instantaneously.
They gave us a preview of what to expect at AEW Double or Nothing. For the first time since Archer arrived on AEW, he had to stand back against Cody's path of fury.
Jake Roberts and Arn Anderson will go face-to-face on next week's edition of Dynamite. That should certainly be an interesting conversation between the two veterans, as both Cody and Lance Archer prepare for the final round of AEW's TNT Championship Tournament.
