#2 Triple H’s heel turn

In the past few months, Triple H has been playing the good guy in WWE. He has returned on-screen in an authoritative position and is seen regularly talking to the main guys or coming out to push men like Seth Rollins.
In the opening segment of SmackDown Live this week, Charlotte made her way to the ring, mocking Becky Lynch, who soon came out to confront The Queen.
Out came the King of Kings who ordered Charlotte to step back, and spoke to Becky Lynch face to face. In the entire segment, Triple H slowly turned from a face to a heel in a surprising turn of events.
As The Authority seems to be coming back into power, WWE is probably trying to make a distinction between the heels and the faces in the governing figures.
As Shane McMahon, and even Vince, are playing faces in the managerial positions, it makes sense that both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon step into heel roles.
