#2 Cactus Jack

It was the RAW reunion episode, and Mick Foley was in the ring addressing the WWE Universe. The arena went black, ear-piercing screeches filled the building, and The Fiend appeared, surprising the hardcore legend and using his own move, the mandible claw, against the WWE Hall of Famer. Mick Foley is a wrestler who was always ready to take risks and go above and beyond to inflict pain on his opponents while showing no regard for his own wellbeing.

Foley played various roles in his 4 years as a fully active member of the WWE roster. He debuted as the sadistic, troubled, and likely clinically insane Mankind, and spent most of his time evolving that character. Intermittently, however, he was forced to bring out two other characters, Cactus Jack and Dude Love, all combined becoming what would be known as the "Three Faces of Foley". Cactus Jack showed up for the first time 1997 and stuck around through most of 1998 when he needed to adapt to a more reckless, hardcore persona, leaving his cerebral psychological warfare behind.

While a tangle between Mankind and The Fiend may be a dream match for many, a clash instead using the Cactus Jack character would provide for a much different environment. Mankind and Cactus were unpredictable in different ways, but with Mankind being so similar in attitude and presentation (Mankind originally was a man of dual personalities before Cactus Jack or Dude Love were introduced), a duel between Cactus Jack and The Fiend would prove much more interesting.
