It's a damn shame that a talent like Becky Lynch has been sidelined on the blue brand for so long. With Asuka and Charlotte already dominating the women's division, it is highly unlikely that the talented Irish will get a spotlight to shine.
Her victory over Charlotte however, felt surprising. The woman who ended Asuka's undefeated streak tapped out to Becky Lynch in a competitive match.
Considering how big this could be for Becky, it's about time that the creative team puts their best foot forward and book something incredible.
Carmella has failed to keep the audience glued to television and with SummerSlam only two months away; the company could be settling in for another Charlotte vs Asuka.
An interesting choice however would be to turn Becky Lynch heel and win the MITB briefcase. The transition would not only benefit the Irish but would also bring some legitimacy to the Women's division on SmackDown Live.
