There's a triangular battle going on for the Universal Championship with Brock Lesnar and Baron Corbin looking to take down the champion Seth Rollins.

Brock Lesnar teased to cash in his Money in the Bank contract on Seth Rollins on multiple occasions but refrained from doing so. The Beast Incarnate had two golden opportunities to take back the Universal Title, but Rollins was fortunate on both instances.

Baron Corbin failed to capture the title at Super ShowDown and demanded a rematch at Stomping Grounds on the condition that he gets to pick a special guest referee.

Seth Rollins has been foiling Corbin's attempt to find a guest referee for his match at Stomping Grounds. Rollins attacked every superstar Corbin approached to be the referee leaving the challenger with no one to choose.

WWE can pull off a surprise by having Brock Lesnar's advocate Paul Heyman as the special guest referee for the Universal title match at Stomping Grounds. Brock Lesnar can be at ringside while Heyman officiates the match waiting for an opportunity to cash in his MITB contract.

As far as the result of the match is concerned, we can expect Rollins to retain the title and escape Lesnar's attempt to cash in once again.
