But one thing that Cena is yet to achieve is the Intercontinental championship.

For some reason or the other, the Cenation leader and the Intercontinental championship had different paths altogether. Cena is bound to have a blockbuster return from injury in 2016 and if WWE lets him challenge for the Intercontinental championship before 2016, it would be a great way to elevate the title.
