Goldberg’s popularity was mammoth during his original run. He was such a mega-star that it’s the reason he’s ushered into the current main event over a decade since his last WWE appearance.
He was so over that he even spawned a well-known parody counterpart, Gillberg.
Just like the original act, it appears that even Gillberg has stayed in decent shape over the years. Being a friendly ruse brought to the ring by Chris Jericho, he came out to his funny sparkler/fire extinguisher entrance.
Kevin Owens was not amused by this guest appearance and disposed of the Attitude Era act in short fashion.
