#2 Breaking the ring

It's great that they keep thinking up cool monster spots for Braun Strowman to keep doing, but this one felt a few steps less cool than most of the things he's done. After a fairly bland main event brawl between The Monster Among Men and The Big Red Machine, Braun's running powerslam was enough to send Kane all the way down to Hell... or maybe just a few feet below the mat.

The announcers didn't say too much after the ring break spot. They did show a replay and the fans were on their feet, but it all felt like everyone was waiting for something else to happen.

Only nothing else did happen. The show abruptly ended and that was it. Since the match never officially started, there wasn't even a ring bell to signal that the ref had thrown this one out.

This wasn't a moment on the same level as Roman getting flipped while inside an ambulance nor was this as fun as when a superplex with Big Show collapsed the ring. These two were ready for war after TLC but this match, as decent as the spot was, mostly threw a bit of a wet towel on the feud.
