#2 A full-time champion

While talking about Brock Lesnar, it is not possible to ignore his tiring Universal title reigns. Lesnar held the top title of RAW hostage for a good part of the last two years. After winning the Universal title from Goldberg at WrestleMania 33, Lesnar barely defended the title in non-major PPVs. Even after reclaiming the title at Crown Jewel, Lesnar has not been defending the title properly.
However, at last, Seth Rollins defeated Lesnar in the opening match of WrestleMania 35 to become the new Universal Champion. Since then, Rollins has been defending the title at every single PPV to date. Rollins defended the Universal title against AJ Styles at Money in the Bank, against Baron Corbin at Super Showdown and Stomping Grounds, and will put his title at stake in the mixed tag team match at Extreme Rules. Rollins has also had many impressive matches on the WWE television (on both RAW and SmackDown LIVE) - something that Lesnar has not done in years.
