Brock Lesnar is set to face Roman Reigns in a title bout this Sunday over the Universal Championship.

Lesnar is believed to be leaving the WWE after WM34, this rumour was essentially confirmed by Dana White, the president of UFC.

This means that we will be devoid of many dream matches we would have loved to see!

Many new signings that have not fought the beast incarnate yet, some wrestlers who have come out of retirement! The possibilities are endless and here are five of those possibilities that we would have loved to see after WrestleMania 34.

#5 The Beast vs the Olympic gold medalist!

Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle feuded for a great part of 2003
Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle feuded for a great part of 2003

Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle fought at WrestleMania 19 over the WWE Championship which has been hailed as one of the greatest matches in WWE history, the match is also famous for 'that' botched Shooting Star Press.

After that, the two also battled at SummerSlam and their final encounter was a 60 minute Iron Man match at the September 18th edition of SmackDown in 2003.

It is well known that Angle is one of the few wrestlers who Brock Lesnar has a deep respect for and is great friends with.

A modern encounter between the former rivals would not have seen a shooting star but would surely have been a mouth-watering encounter.

#4 The Beast vs the Demon

Lesnar and Balor would have been a clash of styles!
Lesnar and Balor would have been a clash of styles!

This match should have happened in 2017 but did not. It also brewed a rumour that Vince McMahon thinks that Finn Balor was not 'Over' enough.

The story of this encounter would be similar to the story of Styles vs Lesnar, a classic David vs Goliath, The underdog vs the dominant champion.

Both wrestlers have completely different styles, think about all the counters that could've happened.

Balor could have fought with all his supernatural abilities in the Demon form on his way to regain the Universal Championship that he never lost!

#3 Lesnar vs Killian Dain

Killian Dane

Killian Dain is one of the agilest big men in the world. His sentons and splashes are very impactful.

He is currently a member of SANITY along with Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe and Nikki Cross.

His main roster rise in inevitable and it is only a matter of time. And what better to debut a star other than pitting him against the Beast Incarnate.

This match would remind people of Lesnar vs Strowman or Samoa Joe but an encounter with the Irish Powerhouse would have been an amazing match nonetheless.

#2 Daniel Bryan vs Brock

<p>

Daniel Bryan has been cleared to wrestle again. His first match will be a tag team encounter with Shane McMahon against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

After that, there are no plans but many possibilities. If Lesnar would have still been with WWE, this match would be right up on the list of dream matches.

The sequences in this match would have been amazing, a flying headbutt caught into an F5, a battle of German suplexes, stiff punches, strong kicks and much more.

Another encounter of contrasting styles, this match could main event any PPV!

#1 Shinsuke Nakamura

T
Nakamura and Lesnar- the best strikers in WWE

Many people are unaware of Brock Lesnar's New Japan run. His time in NJPW was not great, he held the title for 280 days and only defended it three times.

He basically held the company hostage and agreed to drop the title only to Kurt Angle.

During this lacklustre run, he had a match with a young Nakamura for the IWGP Heavyweight championship in 2006.

This match could have happened in a few days at WM34 if Nakamura had chosen the Universal Championship over the WWE Championship. But we can agree that Styles vs Nakamura would be a much better match.

That does not rule out a match after Mania which could have taken place at SummerSlam or even WrestleMania 35!

The two greatest strikers in the game could have had a stiff strong style encounter but we have to wait for this dream match and hope that Lesnar returns soon.

So that's it for the list, what other Lesnar matches do you want to see?
